The Mark P. Tiner Education Foundation
In 2006, Sean established The Mark P. Tiner Education Foundation, a fund of OCCF,* in loving memory of his late younger brother, MarkTiner (1987-2004). The Tiner Foundation honors Marks dream of pursuing higher education and helps students achieve the same goal. Each year, The Tiner Foundation awards a scholarship to a graduating high school senior from Orange County , CA. Funds for the scholarship are made possible by generous contributions from the community.

Sean Tiner
Sean Tiner is an online marketing manager. He has been recognized by Brandweek Magazine as “a prototype of tomorrow’s marketer” and his artwork has been featured in national publications, including Surfer Magazine. He has completed commissions for private households and public spaces, including The Newport Coast Community Center in Newport Beach, CA.
Sean is a recognized interactive marketing expert and frequently speaks at interactive events. He has a Master's degree from USC's Annenberg School for Communication and a Bachelor's degree from Brown University.
